1. Scope
This document is effective as of 11 October 2026.
This Policy explains how CMC Media Joint Stock Company uses cookies and similar storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) on the yofatik.com website and in the Yofatik CRM application. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
Section 6 covers landing pages that Customer businesses build and publish on their own domains — there, the business is responsible for cookies and visitor consent.
3. On our website
Our website does not use advertising cookies and does not load third-party ad tracking tags. We store only the preferences we need:

This storage is essential: without it the application cannot keep you signed in. Because session tokens live in the browser, please sign out on shared computers.
5. Third-party resources
The website may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser then sends a request to Google's servers, and Google may log your IP address under its own policies. This does not set any advertising cookie of ours.
6. Landing pages published by businesses
Landing pages that a business builds and publishes with Yofatik CRM run on that business's own domain and may use the following storage:

The business that publishes the page is the controller of data collected on it and is responsible for informing visitors and obtaining consent as required by law. We process that data on the business's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.
7. Managing cookies
- Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and site data under Settings › Privacy.
- Clearing site data for the application signs you out and resets your display preferences.
- For Meta, TikTok and Google advertising cookies, use the ad preference tools in your account on each platform.
8. Changes to this Policy
When we add or remove a type of storage, we update the tables above and the effective date at the top.
